Even though winter has not yet made its presence felt this year, Bhutanese winter wear traders have already arrived in the state with their seasonal collection. Upholding a tradition that has continued for nearly four decades, these traders visit the region every year to sell jackets, shawls, sweaters, and other warm clothing.
According to the traders, business usually remains steady regardless of the late onset of winter. They expressed confidence that buyers will soon begin shopping as temperatures gradually fall. Many local residents look forward to their arrival each year, appreciating the distinct quality and craftsmanship of Bhutanese winter garments.
The traders noted that their long relationship with the state and its people keeps them returning annually, and they remain hopeful for a successful season ahead.
