In an emotional gesture, the Chief Minister of Tripura visited the residence of Dipanwita Pal, a student of Khudiram Bose English Medium School, who recently passed away under tragic circumstances.
The Chief Minister met with Dipanwita’s grieving family at their home, offering heartfelt condolences and expressing deep sorrow over the untimely loss of the young student. He interacted with Dipanwita’s parents and relatives, assuring them of all possible support from the government.
Speaking to the media, the Chief Minister said, “The loss of a child is the greatest grief any family can endure. Dipanwita’s passing is a tragedy not just for her family, but for the entire state. We stand with the family in this hour of pain.”
Officials accompanying the Chief Minister said that steps would be taken to provide emotional and administrative support to the family while also reviewing student safety measures in schools.
Dipanwita was known for her academic brilliance and gentle nature, and her death has sparked widespread sorrow among teachers, classmates, and the community.
As candles were lit in her memory at Khudiram Bose English Medium School, teachers and students remembered her as “a bright mind with a kind heart.”
