Agartala, January 10, 2026: A grand and colorful procession (rally) was organized today in Agartala to mark the Golden Jubilee (50th Anniversary) and the annual foundation day of the Sri Sri Ramthakur Seva Mandir, Banamalipur. The event, filled with spiritual fervor, saw a massive turnout of devotees and prominent dignitaries who walked through the streets of the capital city.
Cabinet Minister Pranajit Singha Roy Joins the Celebration
The rally was graced by the presence of Tripura’s Cabinet Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, who offered his prayers and joined the devotees in the walk. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister highlighted the spiritual legacy of Sri Sri Ramthakur and praised the Seva Mandir for its five decades of service to society.
“The Ramthakur Seva Mandir has been a beacon of peace and spiritual guidance for 50 years. It is a privilege to be part of this historic Golden Jubilee celebration that brings together people from all walks of life,” Minister Singha Roy remarked.

The rally commenced from the temple premises in Banamalipur and wound its way through the major thoroughfares of Agartala. The atmosphere was charged with the sounds of conch shells and the rhythmic chanting of “Hari Naam Sankirtan.”
