Agartala, Tripura: Hon’ble Governor of Tripura, Shri Indra Sena Reddy Nallu, attended the observance of Vijay Diwas at the Albert Ekka War Memorial, Lichubagan, Agartala, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The occasion was marked with solemn tributes to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives for the nation.
During the ceremony, the Governor paid floral tributes at the war memorial and remembered the supreme sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces during the 1971 Indo-Pak war, which led to India’s historic victory and the creation of Bangladesh. He highlighted the courage, discipline, and patriotism of the armed forces and emphasized that Vijay Diwas serves as a reminder of national pride and unity.
