Yesterday evening, based on confidential information, the police recovered 10 lakh rupees worth of brown sugar from two women in Bonokumari Bazaar. The information was shared with the East Thana police by the West Tripura Police Superintendent, Mr. Kiran Kumar.
On Monday, journalists were briefed in person at the East Thana police station in Agartala for more details.
