Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated the North District Panchayat Resource Center in the Lalchara area, under the Kalachara block of the Bagbasa Assembly constituency.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Speaker Biswa Bandhu Sen, Minister Tinku Roy, MLA Jadab Lal Nath, and other dignitaries. The new Panchayat Resource Center is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening local governance and empowering Panchayat institutions in the region.
