Agartala, Tripura: A mega blood donation camp was organised under the initiative of Ward No. 39 of the Agartala Municipal Corporation.
The programme was graced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Manik Saha and Agartala Mayor and MLA Dipak Majumder, along with other dignitaries and officials.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives. He said such camps reflect social responsibility and community participation in strengthening the healthcare system.
Mayor Dipak Majumder also praised the organisers and donors for their contribution, stating that blood donation is a noble act that can make a critical difference during medical emergencies.
A large number of local residents voluntarily donated blood, making the camp a success. Organisers expressed gratitude to all donors and supporters for their enthusiastic participation.
