Marking the completion of four years of the Municipal Corporation, a series of welfare initiatives have been launched across various wards, ranging from blood donation camps to other social service activities.As part of these programmes, a winter clothing distribution drive was organised on Tuesday in Ward No. 14 under the initiative of Corporator Snigdha Das Deb. Mayor Dipak Majumder and other senior officials attended the event.Around 150 underprivileged men and women from the Ward No. 14 area received winter garments from the dignitaries. The initiative aimed to support needy residents during the winter season and reflected the Corporation’s commitment to social welfare.
