Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha praised the state for its consistent participation and enthusiasm in the Mann Ki Baat program during a gathering in Takarjala, West District on Sunday, October 26. He highlighted that Tripura has always been at the forefront of the program, with people from all walks of life eagerly tuning in to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s addresses.
Speaking at the event, CM Saha emphasized the positive impact of the Prime Minister’s guidance on the state’s progress. He commended the Prime Minister for shedding light on important issues through Mann Ki Baat, such as the proper collection and reuse of plastic waste, which was discussed in the 127th episode.
Addressing criticism from opposition parties, CM Saha dismissed negative politics and reiterated the importance of constructive and inspiring messages for the people. He invited skeptics to witness the widespread viewership of Mann Ki Baat, both in Tripura and across the country.
During his address, the Chief Minister also highlighted PM Modi’s call to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and celebrate the significance of the Vande Mataram song using the hashtag #VandeMataram150.
The event was attended by BJP State Secretary Devid Debbarma and MDC Bhumika Nanda Reang, among others. The gathering showcased the strong support and engagement of Tripura residents in the Mann Ki Baat program, reflecting their enthusiasm for the Prime Minister’s messages and initiatives.
