The Medical Camp organized by Assam Rifles and ‘A Ray Of Hope’ foundation at Kapeilo village in Dima Hasao District on 23 Aug 2025 was a resounding success, benefiting a total of 236 villagers. The event saw medical staff and volunteers providing primary health care services, free medicines, and conducting awareness sessions on hygiene and preventive care.
The villagers were treated for minor ailments and provided with necessary medications, while also being educated on the importance of sanitation, nutrition, and preventive measures for common illnesses. The local population actively participated in the event, expressing their gratitude for the initiative taken by Assam Rifles and the foundation.
