Agartala, Tripura: A Bhoomi Pujan and foundation stone laying ceremony for the Super ECBC (Energy Conservation Building Code) Building under Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL) was held at Banamalipur, Agartala.
The ceremony was attended by the Hon’ble Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Member of Parliament Rajib Bhattacharjee, and Agartala Mayor Dipak Majumder, along with senior officials and other dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, leaders highlighted that the Super ECBC building will be developed following advanced energy-efficient standards, reflecting the state’s commitment to sustainable infrastructure and responsible energy use. The project aims to reduce energy consumption while promoting environmentally friendly construction practices.
Officials stated that the new building will strengthen the operational capacity of TSECL and serve as a model for energy-efficient government infrastructure in Tripura.
The programme concluded with a call to ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining high technical and environmental standards.
