The choice of the massive Hapania International Fair Ground (Agartala International Exhibition Centre) as the venue underscores the state’s capability to host thousands of international delegates, trade attachés, and corporate CEOs. During his extensive walk-through inspection today, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha reviewed several key development metrics alongside senior bureaucrats:
- B2B and B2G Interaction Pavilions: Setting up specialized digital meeting enclosures to facilitate seamless Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) structural MoUs.
- Sector-Specific Display Zones: Finalizing layouts for interactive exhibition stalls focusing on rubber manufacturing, bamboo-based industries, tea production, food processing, natural gas polymers, and information technology.
- Security and Transport Management: Designing an absolute zero-hassle traffic matrix for international delegates moving between the MBB Airport, premier hospitality hubs, and the Hapania complex.
