Campaign for Humanitarian Protection, an organization dedicated to protecting human rights, was established in the year 2022. Today, on its third anniversary, a conference was held at the Agartala Press Club. From this conference, a new committee of 24 members will be formed. This organization primarily works on human rights violations against the indigenous Chakma community in the hilly region of Chittagong. Alongside this, they also engage in promoting humanitarian work and spreading awareness.
The fundamental goal of the organization is to protect the basic human rights and interests of marginalized communities. They implement programs that empower these oppressed communities, making their situation stronger. Their ideals, programs, and activities are aimed at promoting advocacy.
Seminars, workshops, conferences, training sessions, gatherings, etc. are organized with the goal of improving and developing the situation of marginalized communities. Furthermore, they also undertake other necessary initiatives and programs for the development of these communities.
In order to uplift the marginalized communities, it is crucial to implement other essential programs and activities.
