In a disturbing incident of political violence, senior CPIM leaders Ratan Das and Subhashis Ganguly, along with 8 to 9 party workers, were reportedly attacked by miscreants in the Joypur area of Tripura. Based on confidential information, Agartala East Police have arrested three drug dealers, including an alleged “kingpin” from Assam, along with a significant quantity of Yaba tablets, from Hotel Woodland Park at Math Chowmuhani in Agartala.
