Samuel Debbarma, a trainee of the Mechanic Diesel Trade at Government ITI Teliamur in Kowai District, has made Tripura proud by being declared the Topper of the North-East Zone in the All India Trade Test (AITT) 2025 conducted by the Directorate General of Training (DGT), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
The news of Samuel’s achievement was announced by Tripura SC Welfare and ARDD Minister Sudhangshu Das, who took to Facebook to congratulate the young talent on his remarkable success. Minister Das described the accomplishment as a “proud moment for Tripura” and commended Samuel for his dedication and hard work in the field of skill development.
Samuel was honored with the prestigious award by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the 4th Kaushal Dikshan Samaroh 2025, recognizing his exceptional skills and commitment.
