“Workers are our Greatest Asset”: CM Dr. Manik Saha
Addressing the trainers, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha emphasized that the strength of the BJP lies in its dedicated workers and their ability to communicate government successes to the common man.
”A political party is only as strong as its grassroots workers. These trainers will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every ‘Karyakarta’ in our Mandals is well-versed in our ideology and the welfare schemes of both the State and Central governments. We are not just a party that wins elections; we are a party that serves the society 365 days a year,” the Chief Minister stated.
Focus of the Training Program
The state-level workshop is designed to create a pool of master trainers who will subsequently travel to every district and mandal to conduct similar sessions.
Key Modules of the Workshop:
- Ideological Clarity: Strengthening the understanding of the party’s core principles and history.
- Digital Literacy: Training on the use of the ‘Saral App’ and social media for effective public outreach.

- Booth Management: Strategies for micro-level monitoring and voter engagement.
State President’s Vision
Rajib Bhattacharjee noted that this training is crucial for maintaining the momentum gained after the recent assembly by-poll victories. He urged the trainers to act as a bridge between the leadership and the rural populace, ensuring that no eligible beneficiary is left out of the government’s developmental umbrella.
The training session will continue over the next few days, concluding with a strategy meet to finalize the schedule for mandal-level workshops across all 60 constituencies.
