“Though there is a ceasefire, our fight against terrorism will remain intact,” Saha stated, highlighting that any aggression post-ceasefire was met with appropriate responses, and the adversaries have since withdrawn.
To ensure the state’s preparedness, Saha convened a high-level meeting with security agencies, including the Army, BSF, CRPF, and state police. He instructed these agencies to maintain strict coordination and vigilance, especially along the 856-kilometer-long border with Bangladesh.
