Agartala: The Tribal Students Union (TSU) celebrated its 49th Foundation Day with great enthusiasm and organizational fervor at the Chhatra-Yuba Bhavan in Agartala. The anniversary event drew active participation from student delegates and youth leaders across the state, marking nearly five decades of the organization’s dedicated advocacy for indigenous student rights, quality education, and socio-economic welfare in Tripura.
Highlighting the significance of the day, TSU Central Committee General Secretary Sujit Tripura addressed the gathering and issued an official media byte. He outlined the union’s historical journey, key achievements, and future roadmap. Emphasizing the urgent issues facing the indigenous youth today, Sujit Tripura reiterated TSU’s unwavering commitment to quality education, employment opportunities, democratic rights, and safeguarding the cultural heritage of the tribal communities.
