In a major drug bust, the police in Dharmanagar seized Yaba tablets worth around nine lakh taka along with arresting two drug traffickers. Acting on confidential information, the Dharmanagar police station in the area conducted a search operation on a high-speed battery-operated auto bearing registration number TR05A-2842 and recovered 1,800 tablets. Officer-in-charge of Dharmanagar police station, Sritikanta Bardhan, stated that the estimated black market value of the tablets is approximately nine lakh taka.
