AGARTALA | July 31, 2026: Ahead of its upcoming second anniversary celebrations scheduled for Sunday, August 2, 2026, the leaders of the Sanatani Hindu Sena today convened a press conference at the Agartala Press Club. Addressing media representatives, the organization’s executive committee outlined a comprehensive series of social welfare, cultural, and community-driven events planned to mark the milestone event.
The press briefing focused on detailing the organization’s roadmap for expanding humanitarian drives, youth engagement initiatives, and cultural preservation campaigns across the state.
Unveiling a Multi-Tiered Anniversary Schedule
Speaking to reporters, the state organizers shared that the second foundation day will kick off early Sunday morning with traditional religious ceremonies, followed by broad-scale community service activities aimed at supporting underprivileged families in suburban and rural areas.
Key highlights of the programs announced for August 2 include:
- Blood Donation & Health Camps: Organizing a voluntary blood donation drive in collaboration with local blood banks to assist state hospital blood reserves, alongside a free basic health screening desk.
- Distribution of Essential Supplies: Distributing clothes, educational kits, and food packages to children and economically disadvantaged families across selected municipal wards.
- Cultural & Youth Rallies: Hosting a peaceful cultural procession through key routes in the capital city to promote cultural awareness, unity, and social harmony among local youth.
